ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Jimmy Martinez, who took a plea deal in October for armed robbery, attempted aggravated assault and other charges was sentenced to eight years behind bars. A criminal complaint says three people ran from the vehicle, including Martinez. According to police, Martinez then used a gun to carjack another vehicle. Judge Jennifer Wernersbach sentenced Martinez to eight years behind bars.
