TUESDAY 11/19/2024 6:16 p.m. Three southbound lanes of North Academy Boulevard are closed at Palmer Park Boulevard for a water main break. Colorado Springs Utilities (Springs Utilities) posted shortly before 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, and said three southbound lanes of North Academy are closed between Palmer Park Boulevard and East San Miguel Street.
