Case with 40 LSU gymnastics rings reported stolen, police say

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Louisiana State University Police Department is investigating after 40 LSU gymnastics rings were stolen.
According to the police report, officers responded to the Athletic Administration Building on Friday, Nov. 15 and learned that a display case containing the rings was taken from an office.
The case was last seen on Nov. 7 and an employee noticed it was missing on Nov. 14.
"The complainant was unable to give specific times of day. The complainant advised that her door remains opened as she is unable to lock it due to not having a key," the report said.

Police do not have a suspect yet but are investigating the incident.
