City officials say the event is set for 5:30 p.m. The tree lighting is set to follow a speech from Mayor Karen Goh. Teddy Bear Toss returns Nov. 30 as Condors face-off against Ontario Reign The event is set to feature recorded and live music, hot dogs, hot chocolate and an appearance from Santa and Mrs. Claus. City officials hope everyone can attend the Bakersfield Condor's Annual Teddy Bear Toss at 7 p.m. after the tree lighting event.
