NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans has announced the launch of a new platform that shows customers "near real-time" water usage data.
SWBNO officials said the new platform aims to improve transparency and allow customers to manage how they use their water by providing water consumption data and new account management features.
