LINTON, ND (KXNET) — A woman who was arrested by sheriff's deputies after causing a scene in a small town now has a warrant out for her arrest. Deputies in Emmons County say Amber Reamann was ordered to show up at the sheriff's office last month to be tested for alcohol, but skipped the appointment. As a result, a judge in Linton ordered that Reamann must forfeit her bond and issued a bench warrant for her arrest last week.KX News called and spoke to Emmons County Sheriff Gary Sanders on Monday, who says this is not the first time Reamann has skipped out on a court date. Woman arrested after causing trouble in Hazelton Reamann was previously arrested in Hazelton in August after neighbors there said she was driving recklessly around town, slammed her vehicle into a tree, and showed up at a bar demanding to be served alcohol before it opened. A woman who lives nearby also said Reamann went inside her house and then kicked a deputy as he showed up and tried to arrest her. Reamann is charged with three felony counts and has pleaded not guilty thus far. Her next day in court is December 9, and her trial is currently scheduled for January. Close Thanks for signing up!
