Clear skies take over with temperatures falling into the mid 30s. Your Tuesday is quiet with partly cloudy skies and numbers in their seasonal form, lows in the low 30s and highs in the upper 40s. A few light rain showers will slide through by the afternoon, but there won't be much.
A large storm system approaches from the west that will bring rain showers Wednesday night into Thursday. This will mark the beginning of a longer cool stretch with temperatures below average and rain throughout Monroe County and north. Higher elevations south to the Thruway will be cooler and experience snow showers.
LET IS SNOW! The end of the week will look and feel like winter across parts of the Great Lakes. Seen below, Euro & GFS ensemble probabilities for at least 1" of snowfall through Friday night. pic.twitter.com/5dBlNkIlCB— Eric Snitil (@EricSnitilWx) November 18, 2024
