HURON, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Officers are searching for witnesses after a man was assaulted with a guitar Thursday afternoon, the Huron Police Department said. Just before 1 p.m., officers say they responded to the 36700 block of Lassen Avenue in Huron for a report of an assault with a deadly weapon. Once on scene, officers say they found a 58-year-old man who was injured after being struck multiple times in the head with a guitar. Police are asking for witnesses to come forward.
