(KRON) – More than 5,000 people are without power on Monday near Berkeley, according to Pacific Gas & Electric Company.  The outage is primarily near the Tilden Nature Area and the Charles Lee Tilden Regional Park. We are working to restore power, safely and as quickly as possible." According to PGE, there is not an estimated time of restoration.
