CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A Monday evening multi-vehicle crash is causing delays on Chippenham Parkway in Chesterfield County. The crash took place just after 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 18, on southbound Chippenham Parkway near Hopkins Road, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. As of 6:14 p.m., the southbound center and right lanes are closed and traffic is backed up about a mile.
