Southeast Wisconsin weather: Soggy night
Nov 18, 2024
A large swath of rain will slowly track across the state this evening and through the night. We may see a lull in the action later this evening, but some heavier rain bursts may pick back up after midnight. Light rain will probably linger into tomorrow morning and move out by lunchtime. Around an inch of rain is expected but some locally higher amounts will be possible.A second area of low pressure develops over the Great Lakes Wednesday night. This system will be strong enough to draw in enough cold air from Canada for snow. It's looking like a rain and snow mix here in Southeast Wisconsin Wednesday night through Thursday, with some slushy minor snow accumulation possible, especially away from Lake Michigan.
