WALTON–(KFOR Nov. 18)–A 23-year-old Walton man was arrested on Saturday night, after he allegedly threatened a group of people during gathering at a home near 162nd and Old Cheney.
Lancaster County Sheriff’s Captain John Vik says someone called and said Jacob Bremer was using a gun to intimidate other people, before deputies arrived.
“The weapon was able to be taken away from the individual, prior to that,” Captain Vik said.
Deputies are investigating to see how this disturbance started and whether or not the gun, an AR-15, was loaded. Captain Vik says investigators suspect alcohol may have been a factor. Bremer was arrested and put in jail on suspicion of use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony and terroristic threats.
No one was hurt.
