When will the Triad see snow? FOX8 Meteorologist Charles Ewing reveals his winter predictions

(WGHP) — This winter, a weak La Niña should develop. This means a gradual warming of the Pacific Ocean water off the coast of South America should bring the Piedmont a warm and dry winter.
Overall, temperatures will be slightly above normal during the month of December. Our temperatures will be above normal in January and February. There will be some cool spells, but, overall, temperatures should be above normal.
