MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) - The boyfriend of Katrinia Baur, Jesse Vang, appeared in court on Monday in Manitowoc and pleaded not guilty to the charges he faces in connection to the death of Elijah Vue. 40-year-old Vang currently faces two felony charges and one misdemeanor charge including the Physical Abuse of a Child, Repeated Acts Causing Death, and Hiding a Corpse. Wisconsin driver escapes injury in dramatic rollover crash Elijah's mother Katrina Baur is also facing a number of charges including Chronic Neglect of a Child Resulting in Death, Neglecting a Child Under 6 Years Old or with a Disability, and two counts of Resisting an Officer. Baur, like Vang, also pleaded not guilty. She is expected to be back in court in February while Vang is scheduled to be back in court on March 13.
