LANCASTER CO., SC — The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office is working to identify a body found last week off Bethel Road in the southwestern part of the county. According to LCSO, the skeletal remains were found on November 13th by a member of a utility crew working in the area. Several bones and “other items” were scattered over an area of about 100 yards. It’s unclear what the items are. LCSO determined the person’s death “did not occur recently”.
