BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Target store at the Valley Plaza mall is back open Monday after an arson fire closed it last Wednesday. 17's Justin White stopped by the store morning and the Christmas Display area with the fire damage is still closed off, but the store has returned to normal business hours Monday at 8 a.m. Teddy Bear Toss returns Nov. 30 as Condors face-off against Ontario Reign According to a Target spokesperson, the Christmas aisle where the fire was sparked will reopen Thursday morning. Bakersfield Fire officials say the search for the woman wanted in connection with the fire continues. Surveillance photos show her entering the store in a pink hoodie, black pants and white shoes with a multi-colored backpack and a purple and silver mountain bike.
