ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The driver of a tractor-trailer is injured following a rollover crash on I-90 Eastbound. According to the NYS Thruway Authority, the crash happened near Exits 46 and Exit 47. Steel plates were in the roadway. All eastbound lanes are closed. Traffic is being diverted at Exit 47 to I-490. New York State Police said the driver only sustained minor injuries.
