Wichita breaks a 114yearold record for rainfall

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Wichita has set a record for monthly rainfall.
The National Weather Service in Wichita says that as of 8 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 18, Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport recorded .95 inches of rainfall, bringing the monthly total to 6.92 inches. This breaks the old rainfall record set back in 1909, which was 6.69 inches.
