HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Henrico Police Athletic League (PAL) is hosting its 18th Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway this Saturday. On Saturday, Nov. 23, Henrico PAL will hold a Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway -- located at 2401 Hartman Street. Volunteers are asked to show up at 9 a.m. According to Henrico County, this year's giveaway is anticipating 600 turkeys and Thanksgiving boxes to be donated to families in need. Turkeys and Thanksgiving box deliveries will begin by 10 a.m. Henrico PAL was established in 2007 and have provided more than 4,000 turkeys and Thanksgiving boxes to families since the beginning.
