EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Former Providence Police Chief Hugh Clements has been serving as director of the Office of Community-Oriented Policing Services (COPS) for the U.S. Department of Justice.
Although he has taken off in his role, his future is uncertain with President-elect Donald Trump's win.
