Paschall-Young reportedly shot and killed 22-year-old JaiShawn Darell Johnson and 3-year-old Armonie Booker in the 7300 block of Shadeland Avenue on Aug. 26.
According to the release, IMPD officers arrived at the scene just before 10 p.m. on Aug. 26 where they found two people, later identified as Johnson and Booker, who were shot inside a vehicle.
Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene and Booker was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. Booker was later pronounced dead by hospital officials.
As homicide detectives with the department investigated the fatal shooting, they identified the alleged suspect as Paschall-Young. In early September, the Marion County Prosecutor's Office charged Paschall-Young with two counts of murder.
