MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WFRV) - Officials with Summerfest announced on Monday morning that the band CAKE will be one of the headliners of the event in the summer of 2025.
According to a release, CAKE will be the headliner for the BMO Pavilion with Miller Light on Friday, June 27.
Known for hits like, "The Distance," "Short Skirt/Long Jacket," and "I Will Survive," CAKE is said to be originally formed as a "somewhat antagonistic" answer to grunge and the band is currently working on its ninth album.

Seating options for headliners will include reserved seats available for purchase or free general admission tickets that will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis on the day of the show for fans with a Summerfest ticket.
