FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Monday keeps the warmer temperatures for now, and the clouds will also be sticking around. Very few areas will see a spotty sprinkle or two thanks to an inbound warm front. Highs will reach the mid 60s in the afternoon. Winds will also stay fairly light today. This may be the calmest day this entire week.
Clouds stick around during the overnight hours. Winds from the southeast will begin to pick up a bit as well. Lows will be very mild for this time of year. Tonight temps will only fall to the low 50s. In the city out overnight low will be warmer than the average daytime high for this time of the year.
Rain chances pick up again by Tuesday. Most of the showers that will move through will be during the heart of the morning commute, then spotty rain will continue into the afternoon. Highs will remain warm again reaching the mid 60s. Winds will continue to pick up in speed as well.
Later this week comes a very big seasonal change with a low pressure center bringing a wintry mix to Central Ohio along with gusty conditions. Because of the warm ground temperatures, any snow that falls will be little in accumulation and will melt pretty quickly. Winter starts in 33 days.
