The Mercer County Clerk’s Office will run its annual holiday drive through December 13, supporting the Children’s Home Society and local animal shelters. The office seeks donations of toys, children’s clothing, animal food, and pet supplies. Residents can deliver items to the County Clerk’s office at the Courthouse Annex at 209 South Broad Street in Trenton. The drive accepts checks and money orders for the Children’s Home Society, EASEL, and Trenton Animal Shelter. Staff will collect blankets and nonperishable food items. Donors who cannot deliver items can request pickup by calling 609-989-6820 or 609-989-6074. Drop-off hours run Monday through Friday at the Courthouse Annex first floor.
