Off to a very mild start this morning, as temperatures hold in the middle 50s out-the-door! A few light showers are already on the radar but most will stay dry through the morning rush hour. This afternoon will bring additional spotty showers, as winds increase a touch from the southeast at 7-14 mph. Temperatures will continue to climb into the middle to upper 60s by late afternoon, marking our second straight day in the 60s...roughly 15° above average! A steadier push of rain arrives later tonight (after midnight), as warmth and wind hold statewide. Lows tonight will hover near 60° at sunrise with some thunder possible. Tuesday will remain quite warm and breezy with lots of dry time. Highs tomorrow will reach near 70° in many locations before a cold front arrives late and through Wednesday. Our first taste of winter for the season is headed in on Thursday. Wind, rain and flurries all in play on Thursday afternoon, as highs only reach the upper 30s, marking the coldest since February! No accumulations expected but our first sub-freezing temperatures for downtown should arrive by Saturday morning, if not, Friday morning.
