What We’re Tracking Widespread rain Monday Strong wind in the afternoon Drying out Tuesday Overnight clouds and showers will become more widespread as the night goes on. Expect areas of rain to move from south to north throughout the night. Lows have already been reached as we'll see rising temperatures later in the night. Widespread showers and storms will take over by early Monday morning and lingering through most of the daytime. Estimated rain amount by Tuesday will be 1-3 inches in some locations. There is a chance that we'll partially clear out during the afternoon on Monday. As the upper-level core of the system moves through, a few isolated afternoon storms are possible. While not widespread, a severe storm cannot be ruled out at that time of the day. Otherwise, very windy for the afternoon on Monday. We'll dry things out by Tuesday morning as temperatures drop closer to average in the middle 40s, then topping out in the 50s. By Wednesday we could see highs struggling out of the 40s and lower 50s and lows dropping into the 20s by Thursday and Friday morning. KSNT Storm Track Chief Meteorologist Matt Miller
