(KRON) – The Union City Police Department is investigating a double shooting that occurred Saturday afternoon, the department announces. At 1:57 p.m. on Saturday, Union City police officers responded to the 1800 block of Whipple Road for the report of a shooting. Police said responding officers found “evidence of gunfire but no victims present.” Two individuals arrived separately at local hospitals with gunshot wounds and are both in stable condition, Union City PD.
