I690 lanes to close in Syracuse, DeWitt for construction starting Monday

Interstate 690 East and West are scheduled to undergo construction beginning Monday resulting in lane closures.I-690 westbound between Exit 17 (Bridge Street) and Exit 15 (Milder Avenue) will be reduced to one lane, according to a news release from the Department of Transportation.
