GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - A large police presence is currently at the Tower Motel on Humboldt Rd. in Green Bay. Green Bay Police have closed off Humboldt Rd. near University Ave. while they assess the situation. A Local Five photographer is on scene, reporting multiple squad cars and an ambulance can be seen, as well as a SWAT team.
