Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of Nov. 18-24, 2024. Closures or lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work: — 2nd Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed to westbound traffic from April 8, 2024, to June 30, 2025, for construction. — Apollo Drive between Hiko Court and Tara Street will be closed to traffic from Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day. Detours will be provided. — Hudson Drive between Conte Drive and Gentry Lane will be closed to thru traffic from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work: — Lompa Lane between Nye Lane and Carmine Street will have flagger control for southbound traffic from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. — Roop Street between Winnie Lane and Stewart Street will have reduced lanes from Monday – Tuesday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. — Topsy Lane near the Lyla Lane will be reduced to a single lane from September 16, 2024, to November 26, 2024, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
