Carson City emergency crews called to crash on Highway 50 East near Country Store

Carson City Fire Department, sheriff's deputies and Nevada Highway Patrol responded Saturday afternoon to a vehicle crash in the 3300 block of Highway 50 East near the Country Store. The crash was reported at around 1:30 p.m. and involves two vehicles that were blocking traffic. There was airbag deployment. First responders are checking for injuries. Traffic is being diverted and motorists can expect delays.
