BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — Have you ever wondered what a day in the life of a zookeeper is like? Well, kids are learning fast through the Dakota Zoo's Family Zookeeper Camp. The camp happened today. Zoo staff say it's a way for families to learn the day-to-day activities of zookeepers. This can be from learning how to take care of zoo animals to basic animal biology. The camp was open to kids ages 5 to 18 and came with many hands-on activities.
