WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said it is investigating after a man was shot in Southeast D.C. on Friday night. According to police, just before 11 p.m., they responded to the 2400 block of Wagner St. for a shooting. There, they found a man who was shot. He was conscious and breathing. 2 teenagers charged in series of robberies across DC Responders took him to a hospital to be treated for his injuries. As of Saturday afternoon, there is no word on his condition.
