Temple University resolves classaction lawsuit stemming from COVID19 closures

Temple University has settled a class-action lawsuit brought on by two cases seeking tuition refunds after its campus shut down and switched to virtual learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The university will put $6.9 million into a settlement fund for students who attended the school in the spring 2020 semester.
