NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Scrim the dog is on the run again after leaping from the second floor of his New Orleans home, 13 feet down to the ground, before exiting through the metal fence.
Scrim, a 2-year-old terrier mix, became notorious in New Orleans for avoiding capture over the course of several months. He first escaped from his adoptive home back in April, and at the end of October, he was finally caught again.

According to a Facebook post from Zeus' Rescues, who have been handling Scrim, his recent escape occurred on Friday, Nov. 15, at 8:44 a.m.
Scrim was reportedly last seen in the Carrollton neighborhood on Spruce Street between Joliet and Dante streets when his GPS collar died. Fliers have been put up for his return throughout the neighborhood and are going door to door looking for him on Saturday.
Anyone who sees Scrim is asked to text Michelle at 504-231-7865.
