SATURDAY 11/16/2024 10:48 a.m. According to the Black Hills Energy website, over 4,000 customers in the Pueblo area were affected by a power outage as of 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16. The website shows that the outage affects 4,308 customers out of the 66,643 served by Black Hills Energy in the area. At this time it is not known how the outage was caused or when it will be resolved. FOX21 News has reached out to Black Hills Energy but has not heard back as of the time of this article.
