ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A death is being investigated by the Multi-Agency Task Force as an "in custody" death, Albuquerque Police Department (APD) reported. Friday night, officers reportedly went into a home in the 6000 block of Cathy Avenue NE with permission. A man in the home was threatening himself and officers with a firearm, APD claimed. Officers left the home, and SWAT was activated later. When the home was re-entered around 6:50 a.m. Saturday, the man was dead.
