FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- Slithery snakes and crawling lizards have taken over the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum for the Fort Wayne Indiana Reptile Show. Show Me Reptiles, the sponsor for the event, said they want to bring exotic animals and things they don't often see right to their hometowns. Over 100 species will be found according to the shows lead coordinator. Anyone is welcome to attend the event with general admission costing $10 for adults, $5 for 7 to 12 year olds and kids 6 and under being free. Show Me Reptiles asks that those in attendance not bring their pets as the vendors will have plenty of slithery friends to show off. The event kicked off Saturday at 9 a.m. running until 3:30 p.m. Saturday will be the only day for the Fort Wayne show, so make sure to head to the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum to check out all the different, snakes, lizards and more!
