SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — It's the fourteenth week of Friday Night Blitz! Here’s a rundown of what happened under the Friday night lights. The most exciting game of the night happened in Bluffton between May River and Bluffton. This first round playoff matchup was a rematch of the last game of the season between these two teams, a game Bluffton won, 24-21. This game took two overtimes. Bluffton scored on the last possession of the second overtime period and successfully converted the two-point conversion to win 46-45. May River travels to North Augusta next Friday. And speaking of overtime games, let's stay in the Palmetto State, Ridgeland pulled out a win against Scott's Branch, 26-20. Ridgeland plays the winner of Cross and Green Sea Floyds. Also, in the Lowcountry, Hilton Head Island is moving on to the second round after a two-point win over Crestwood, 19-17. The Seahawks will face South Florence in the second round of the playoffs.
