MOORE, Okla. (KFOR) — The Moore Police Department has request assistance from state agents in the search for a girl who was allegedly given away by her mother in exchange for meth.
News 4 first reported on Ashley Rowland's arrest in early November. According to court documents, Rowland told Moore Police that she gave her daughter London Kerr, who was around 2-years-old at the time, to a man named Carlos in exchange for meth.

Police say that they have searched multiple properties, storage units, and electronic devices regarding London's birth certificates, social security information, clothing, toys, or anything that could lead to identifying London or her whereabouts, but have only been able to find a picture of her from when she was around one or two-years-old.
