Arlington Public Schools employee charged after soliciting sex from student, police says

ARLINGTON COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- The Arlington County Police Department (ACPD) said an Arlington Public Schools (APS) employee was arrested after soliciting sex from a student.
Police said that on Nov. 8, they launched an investigation after being informed that an Instructional Assistant at Wakefield High School had solicited sex from a juvenile female student.

On Nov. 15, ACPD arrested and charged Darryl Ramsey Jr., 31, of Lanham, Md. with Taking Indecent Liberties with a Child by a Person in a Supervisory or Custodial Relationship.
ACPD said that based on their investigation, there could potentially be more victims.
