New locallyowned restaurant to open in Prather

PRATHER, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A 20 year old will be opening a new restaurant in Prather and there will be a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday.
Officials with the Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation say that Martin's Grill is a locally-owned restaurant that offers a unique dining experience featuring traditional Mexican, Oaxacan, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisine.
According to officials, the owner, Bryan J. Alonso Garcia is 20 years old. Officials say that Garcia gained experience in the food industry through meal prepping and pop-up events.
Officials say Garcia credits the Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation for providing valuable support and resources, including technical assistance and funding through the California Dream Fund.
The restaurant will offer a variety of dishes including burgers, asada fries, chicken pitas, burritos, and more.
Martin's Grill will also cater to vegan and gluten-free dinners with plant-based options.
The grand opening will be on Nov. 20 at 11 a.m.
Martin's Grill is located at 29533 Aubrey Rd., #104, Prather.
