(KRON) – A Silicon Valley breakfast staple that says it has the "best darn breakfast" opens its fourth location. Hobee’s Restaurant has a new location heading to Downtown San Jose. Originating in 1974 as a family-owned restaurant in Mountain View, Hobee’s Restaurant currently has locations in Belmont, Palo Alto and Sunnyvale. Hobee’s announced the new location’s soft launch on Instagram. “The wait is almost over! Our soft opening is set for November 16th, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this behind-the-scenes look,” the restaurant said. “Meet some of our amazing new team members and get a sneak peek at what’s coming together as we prepare to welcome you. See you soon!” New Yemeni coffee shop heading to the East Bay  The soft opening is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.   The eatery often hashtags its social media posts with “Best Darn Breakfast in Town.” According to Hobee’s website, the eatery is best known for its “world-famous" blueberry coffeecake, which is topped with hot streusel-topping (pictured above). The San Jose location’s address is 261 N. Second St.
