HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - A conference led by the Chamber of Greater Easthampton is helping to empower women in all stages of their careers. This conference gave women the tools, knowledge, and connections they need to achieve their professional goals. Dozens of women leaders came out to Holyoke Community College for Chamber of Greater Easthampton annual "sheLeads Women Conference". It gave them the chance to network and build relationships and share insights with like-minded professionals from around the region. "There's amazing creativity and insights that women are bringing to some of these fields, where there might not be women, as is common. So insurance, utilities, banks. And part of what this is celebrating is what does it look like when we can actually open some doors for folks and really support leaders growing up from within," said Executive Director of Professional Graduate Education for Mount Holyoke College, Tiffany Espinosa. This conference also included sessions that taught women leaders how to lead in a time of change and create a space that will help their team thrive. Espinosa hopes this conference will inspire and empower women to bring their unique perspectives and talents to the companies they work for.
