APD links man to 2023 murder, issues arrest warrant

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque police have filed an arrest warrant for a man who they linked to a murder last year.
On May 24 of last year, Adam Duarte was shot and killed at a casita on Mountain near Rio Grande. The warrant stated Duarte was seen with Bryan Perello and several others at an Albuquerque strip club earlier that night.

Investigators believe Perello's truck was at the casita when Duarte was killed, and they said shoe prints found both at the strip club and the casita belong to Perello's sneakers.
Perillo is now charged with an open count of murder and conspiracy.
