SEEKONK, Mass. (WPRI) — Traffic is backed up on I-195 West after a dump truck veered off the highway and crashed into the woods Friday afternoon in Seekonk. It appears the dump truck became caught in the trees and flipped over, smashing the cab and dislodging the bed.
