KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Investigators are looking for a hit-and-run driver after Kansas City, Kansas, police say they hit a pedestrian on the Central Avenue bridge above Interstate 70 on Friday morning. KCKPD says this happened just after 4 a.m., where the victim was walking east on Central Ave., when the driver, also headed east, hit him and didn't stop.
