WARSAW, Ind. -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing woman from Kosciusko County Friday night. The Warsaw Police Department is searching for Melanie Wallen, 52, who is described as a 5'7” tall white female weighing 100 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen on Oct. 28 around 11:30 a.m. wearing a brown sweater, blue jeans, brown shoes and carrying a red purse.
