INDIANAPOLIS — A police report confirms that part of Calvary Cemetery in Indianapolis has been vandalized. The report, which was made around 7:30 a.m. Friday, indicates the cemetery had sustained $11,000-worth of damage. Calvary Cemetery officials reported that five glass niches in the cemetery's mausoleum were broken into. A cemetery official confirmed nothing was taken from the smashed niches, but they were destroyed. Calvary personnel have contacted the families whose niches were damaged during the incident.
