APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) - The Appleton Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in solving the cold case of Connie Boelter. Eighteen years later the community of Appleton is still looking for the person responsible for the murder of 56-year-old Connie Boelter. On November 15, 2006, Connie was found murdered inside her home in Appleton, WI.
